Adding an avatar picture to my forum account

Hello,
Does anyone know how to add a photo to my user account on this forum?
I've gone to my profile page, but it doesn't appear to have that option.

Point to "My TDF Panel" in the top menu bar
Click "user control panel"
Click "profile" button
Click "edit avatar" button on bottom row
Add your avatar
Click "user control panel"
Click "profile" button
Click "edit avatar" button on bottom row
